Equipments available
We now have a portable (digital) ECG machine (BPL make).
We also have acquired a Spirometer (laptop based, portable) Mediline Maestro make.
Both the instruments are in running condition and give perfect readings. Our staff has been trained in operating these machines.
We do not need to outsource ECGs and spirometries. The charges for the two procedures are competitive.

Instruments for PME

We already have an ECG machine (portable, battery operated, digital). We are getting a Spirometer. A portable, laptop based digital spirometer will be available in a couple of days. This machine will be used to carry out Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) on-site.
We out source our laboratory sample analysis to Shree Pathology Laboratory, Akota, Baroda. Their people visit the site (for PME) with us and collect samples (blood and urine). The analysis is done at the laboratory in the evening or next day. We get the reports, authenticated by a qualified Pathologist within 2 or 3 days.
The CXRs (chest radiographs) are taken with a portable X - ray machine. The exposed X -ray plates (or films) are carried (in a light proof dark box) to the X-ray unit, at the hospital. The plates are developed and the reports generated by a qualified Radiologist.
We carry out ECG tests with our own machine. The reporting is done by a qualified Internist (Physician - General Medicine).
For our next PME, we will be using our own Spirometer.
We plan to buy an Audiometer before the end of this year.
We provide ethical and quality service.
