We market
- first aid kits (for factory / office / cars and trucks)
- automatic external defibrillator (AED) units (for cardiac emergencies).
Programmes can be conducted on-site or at our associate hospital (in Baroda).
2) We have retained some qualified and experienced occupational health physicians (OHPs) and associated medical professionals (pathologists and radiologists etc.) plus healthcare / paramedical personnel in Baroda. We plan to identify and retain some more OHPs and paramedics in Ahmedabad, Ankleshwar, Bharuch and Vapi. This will strengthen our network and provide still better services. We have a strategic alliance with a professionally managed, multispeciality hospital - the Meridian Hospital (Diwalipura, off O P Road), in Baroda. We can arrange referrals (to consultants and superspecialists) and manage hospitalisation, if and when needed, for employees and their families.
3) The professional charges depend on the specific requirements of the organisation (tests / investigations needed / number of persons etc.). Generally, our charges are in the range of ` 1,000/ - to ` 2,500/- per person.

Introduction - Dr. Kamal Jain
5) Graduated from R N T Medical College , Udaipur University of Baroda, in August 1999.
Professional (clinical) experience of 25 years. Worked as Chief Insurance Medical Officer with the Employees State Insurance Scheme (ESIS), Government of Gujarat.
Availed voluntary retirement in May 2008.
Promoted Sadhna Healthcare Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. (SHCpl) in July 2010. SHC is a private limited company (duly registered as per Indian statutory provisions), formed with the basic objective of providing occupational healthcare services and other business activities (listed in the Memorandum of Association.
5 (i) Periodic medical check-ups - conducted on-site PMEs (of factory employees), in association with Drs. J. H. Paralikar, Atul Gupta and J. K. Vyas in the past.
Now, conducting PMEs independently (since last three years).
Conducted > 40 PMEs (from 2000 till October 2011) (Number of persons > 3,000).

5 (ii) First Aid Training Programmes - on the roster of Gujarat Safety Council, Baroda and St. John Ambulance Association, Baroda (sister organisation of the Indian Red Cross Society), as a visiting faculty.
Conduct onsite FATPs also. Officially recognised First Aid Certificates are awarded to the participants. We have a working arrangement with J K Occupational Health Centre, Baroda. This company is recognised by the Department of Labour & Employment, Government of Gujarat, to conduct FATPs and award certificates, valid for three years.
Conducted > 100 FAPs (from 2000 till August 2011).

Served the Organising Committee of VOISHECON 2011 - Baroda (the 61st National Conference of IAOH) as Chairman of the Souvenir Committee.
VOISHECON - 2011 was held from 16 through 19 Feb 2011.

INDICATIVE CHARGES for Professional Work (PMEs / PECs)
7) PMEs are planned as per relevant health hazard matrix and applicable statutory provisions (Factories Act 1948). Depending upon the number of employees and the type of manufacturing operations, different investigations are planned and conducted.
It is our policy, to always keep confidential, any information received from any organisation / company. We do not reveal / disclose any information, to any unauthorised person. We do not reveal any such information, to any government authority, unless mandatory, without prior intimation to the concerned employer.
We practice the highest standard of medical ethics. The physicians, who are retained by us for specific PMEs or any other medical examination / health checkup jobs / consultancies, always follow the dictum of doctor - patient relationship being priviliged and confidential. The physicians (including Dr Kamal Jain himself) do not disclose any health related personal information received from the client / patient i.e. person undergoing check-up. The clinical findings (detected at the time of check-up or later) are always kept confidential. We do not disclose any such information to anyone, without express written consent of the concerned person.

9) VAT and Service Tax are not applicable (as per relevant regulations - turnover < ` 10 lakhs pa) for financial year 2010 - 11.
Conveyance expenses are charged separately (borne by the employer).
Hospitality (for the team) will be provided by the employer.
